She was introduced to Renalis (formerly Women’s Health Foundation) in 2005 where she worked for twelve years where she taught their signature research study Total Control (a medically based pelvic wellness and fitness class), at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital. Jeni was a contributor to the development and teaching of the Total Control Platinum study for seniors in 2008, and collaborated with her team to write and teach the Chicago Public Schools Below Your Belt adolescent pelvic health study in 2011, which was published in the Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.

Jeni is the author of the new children’s pandemic book Superhero Smiles; Celebrating the Pandemic Heroes published by Eifrig Publishing (all proceeds benefit UNICEF COVID-19 Relief Fund) where she was featured on WGN. Though Jeni has experienced many bumps throughout her life, she feels each one has been benevolent and led her to her next unexpected journey. She is on a new quest to help the underserved population of mothers with special needs children during and after pregnancy, as she completed in 2017 her pre/postnatal yoga certification through Amala, and recently completed her postpartum doula certification through DONA International. She earned her science degree in Kinesiology and is Healthy Moms Certified. Jeni recently relocated with her active family from Chicago to Bellevue, WA where they laugh often, explore and love to dream.
